Design Uploads
When you upload a design to the Design Centre, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Static Stoodio is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement caused by your uploaded content.
We reserve the right to reject any design that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order if you have an issue.
Intellectual Property
